Honor the service.
Every family we work with carried a weight most never will. We treat their move, their loan, their first home — and their last — with the gravity that earns.
Mil-Estate is the country's largest network of veteran real estate agents and military-connected loan officers. Every member has worn the uniform or stood beside someone who has. Every member is vetted, trained on the VA loan, and held to a standard of service that comes from the inside — not a brochure.
We exist because military families deserve more than a polite "thank you for your service" on a closing disclosure. They deserve a professional who already knows what a DD-214 is, what BAH does to a DTI ratio, and why a PCS can't wait until Tuesday.
In 2025 we joined forces with Envoy Mortgage to build the Mil-Estate Mortgage Team — bringing financing into the same trusted network military families already rely on for real estate. One pipeline. One standard. One team carrying the mission from first showing to final signature.
Honor. Loyalty. Integrity. Carried into every transaction we touch.
Clint Jordan — founder of the Mil-Estate Network.
"A veteran family buying a home shouldn't have to translate their own service history to the person helping them close on it. We built Mil-Estate so they never have to again."
Clint Jordan served his country in uniform before he ever served a client at a closing table. The discipline, the standards, and the loyalty he carried out of the military didn't retire when he did — they became the operating principles for what Mil-Estate would eventually become.
Real estate found him by way of the people he'd served beside. Helping one fellow veteran navigate a VA loan turned into helping another, and another, until a side practice revealed an industry gap nobody was closing: the people serving veterans rarely understood them. The forms were the same. The acronyms were not. The stakes — a PCS clock, an entitlement calculation, a family landing in a new town — were entirely different.
Clint founded the Mil-Estate Network around a single rule: every professional in the network must be a veteran, active-duty service member, or military spouse, vetted by another veteran and trained on the specific mechanics of the VA loan. Today that network spans all 50 states with more than 100 vetted military agents and loan officers.
In 2025, Clint led Mil-Estate into an official partnership with Envoy Mortgage — pairing the network's military-focused expertise with the institutional lending strength of one of the nation's most established mortgage banks. The result is the Mil-Estate Mortgage Team, powered by Envoy: a single, unified force in military housing.
Four waypoints — and the moment a side practice for fellow veterans became a nationwide network with an institutional lending partner.
Clint built the values that would later define a company — duty, standards, loyalty to the people on your left and right.
One VA loan for a service-member friend turned into another, and another — and exposed an industry that didn't speak military.
Built around one rule: every member wears or has worn the uniform. Vetted by another veteran. Trained on the VA loan.
Real estate and lending under one mission — the Mil-Estate Mortgage Team, powered by Envoy. Two forces, one standard.
Mil-Estate Network has joined forces with Envoy Mortgage to build the Mil-Estate Mortgage Team, powered by Envoy — bringing together military-connected real estate agents and mortgage professionals to better serve veterans and active-duty families nationwide.
A nationwide network of vetted veteran and military-connected professionals — agents and loan officers who have lived the experiences they now guide families through.
A nationally recognized mortgage lender with billions in annual loan production and advanced lending technology — bringing institutional capacity to a mission-driven network.
"Mil-Estate and the Mil-Estate Mortgage Team stand as a unified national force in military housing — combining trusted relationships, specialized expertise, and institutional lending strength to guide military families home with clarity, confidence, and care."

We don't pay for placement. We don't sell the database. The network exists for the veteran on the buying side of the table — not for the highest bidder on the selling side.
No surprise fees. No referral kickbacks dressed up as benefits. Plain numbers, plain English, every disclosure on the table the day we sit down.
